What is the mathematical probability of evolution or creation?

The odds for the universe are impossible to calculate because we don't know the starting conditions. The odds for life appearing are difficult to calculate because we don't have much data on planets outside the solar system. As the data trickles in, we will determine how many potential worlds there are for life as we know it. Life outside the scope of our experience is even trickier to estimate.
