You need a couple of sessions with a speech therapist to start. You could get a real, professional, ysis which would give you somewhere to start. I can't tell what you age is, but if you are in school, many schools and universities would have someone to help you. Otherwise, perhaps speak to your MD, or finally the ENT doctor which you no doubt have. (If you don't have an ENT doctor, you should, probably, as there are advancements all the time in medicine and appliances for the hearing impaired). Good luck.
