My niece is flying into SFO airport tomorrow to visit me?

and she will be taking BART into Oakland ( where I live) Should she take the air tan to BART station and get the Dublin Bart because it stops at the Fruitvale station where I will be picking her up or does she take a different BART? ( sorry I just moved here a few months ago myself, that is why I am asking you fellow San Franciscans! Thanks!)
