What type of Puppy Food is best?

I feed my dog taste of the wild because she has a grain allergy. I just got a new puppy and would also like to have him on a grain free dog food, but when I when to the store I did not see any grain free puppy foods are there any? Right now he is on Iams healthy naturals, because that is what the humane society was feeding him I figure to much change at once would not be wise, but when I start to switch his food I would like to have the highest quality of food. What brands are best in the puppy stages? On the bag and web sites for T.O.T.W. it says for all stages, but my pup is a chi mix and he still has a hard time chewing puppy formulated food so the T.O.T.W would not be good. I do not want to feed wet formula food only dry.
