Why are poeple celebreting the elections?

We know Gamal is most likely going to win because he is the "heir" to Hosni Mubarak's throne, and Egypt is a dictatorship, so he will probably win weather we like it or not. Does anyone actually support Gamal Mubarak? I find that hard to believe.
