I am going to Playa del Carmen in late June for my honeymoon. Should I cancel due to the recent swine flu?

It's a difficult decision, of course. Personally, I would wait a little longer before canceling. It's a type of flu after all and you would expect the outbreak to stop at this time of the year. If what's going on right now is an early sign of a much more serious problem, like an actual pandemic, then it should really get nasty within the next 1-2 weeks.
