Let me tell you something. When you buy food, read the labels. My parents cut out "High Fructose Corn Syrup" and "Partially Hydrogenated Oils" and they have lost so much weight. People may argue with this, but it's true, those two things are really bad for you and cause weight gain, as well as an unhealthy diet. It eliminates a lot of yummy food, and i hate it, but really it is for the best! Hope you at least try. :)
