Here's my deck BW-black wing deck, rate/fix , suggest good ideas?

Vagelis (and I appologize for butchering the spelling) sounds like he is on the right track although according to the latest rulings it is my understanding the side deck does not have to be 15 but having 15 side cards is not a bad idea. Also I dont see why it hurts to have monsters other than black wings in the synchro deck as long as you have enough black wings to make it work.
