I ume you've noticed by now that while less than 0.001% of the population graduated from an ivy league, most people have jobs. Also, surgeon is NOT a graduate degree, it's a medical degree. Graduate degrees are masters and PhD. And you need a 4-year college degree to apply to any medical school. Just go to the state school for undergrad. Med school is going to be expensive no matter where you go.
